TSP Billet Head Complete – Sherco 300 2018+
Upgrade your Sherco 300 with a TSP billet cylinder head and choose the compression ratio that best suits your riding style and conditions.
Machined from solid 6061-T6 aluminium, the TSP Billet Head features TSP’s proven combustion chamber designs and is designed to deliver improved performance, smoother power delivery, reliability and fuel economy.
Compatibility
This TSP Billet Head is suitable for:
- Sherco 300 Factory – 2018 onwards
- Sherco 300 Factory Racing – 2019 onwards
The head bolts onto the standard cylinder and is designed to work with standard cylinder heights and base gaskets.
A required 0.50mm or 1.00mm base gasket is supplied to ensure the correct squish clearance is achieved.
TSP Heads & Inserts now include cylinder head O-rings and washers free of charge.
Choose Your Compression Ratio
Low Compression
Designed for extreme enduro and riders who prefer smooth, controllable power rather than maximum power output.
The low-compression design provides strong bottom-end torque with smooth power delivery, helping reduce unwanted wheelspin and allowing the rider to use lower revs and less clutch when tackling difficult obstacles.
It also provides maximum resistance to overheating during tough, technical riding.
Medium Compression
The ideal choice for most trail riders and racers looking for improved bottom and mid-range power with additional performance at the top end.
The power delivery is stronger and more tractable than the standard head and works well across a wide range of riding conditions.
Suitable for 95 or 98 RON fuel.
High Compression
Designed for riders wanting harder-hitting power throughout the rev range, particularly stronger low-end performance.
The high-compression head can also be suitable for riders operating at higher elevations of approximately 1,000m or above.
Best suited to 98 RON fuel at sea level.
This option is not recommended for extreme enduro at sea level because the increased compression can increase the tendency to overheat during very tight and technical riding.
