TSP Billet Head Complete – Beta 300 RR 2022+
Upgrade your Beta 300 RR with a TSP billet cylinder head, designed to improve power delivery, smoothness, reliability and fuel economy.
Machined from solid 6061-T6 aluminium, the TSP Billet Head features TSP’s proven combustion chamber designs and is extensively dyno tested for consistent performance.
Compatibility
This TSP Billet Head is suitable for:
- Beta 300 RR – 2022 onwards
- Beta 300 RR Race – 2022 onwards
- Beta 300 X-PRO – 2025 onwards
The head is compatible with both the single-spark and dual-spark plug designs found on 2022-on Beta 300 models.
Important: Dual-spark models will need to disconnect one coil and convert to the standard single Beta 300 RR 14mm spark plug, or use our compatible BR8EG spark plug, to run the TSP head design.
The TSP Billet Head also works very well with the OXA system.
All Beta TSP heads include new head O-rings, washers and recommended jetting specifications.
Choose Your Compression Ratio
Low Compression
Designed for extreme enduro and riders who prioritise smooth, controllable power over maximum peak performance.
The low-compression design delivers strong bottom-end torque with smooth power delivery, helping prevent excessive wheelspin. It allows riders to use lower revs and less clutch when tackling difficult technical obstacles.
The low-compression design also provides maximum resistance to overheating during demanding technical riding.
Medium Compression
An excellent choice for the majority of trail riders and racers looking for stronger bottom and mid-range performance with additional gains at the top end.
The power delivery is stronger and more tractable than the standard head, making it suitable for a wide range of riding conditions.
Suitable for 95 or 98 RON fuel.
High Compression
Designed for riders wanting harder-hitting power throughout the rev range, particularly stronger low-end performance.
The high-compression design can also suit riders operating at elevations around 1,000m or higher.
Best used with 98 RON fuel at sea level.
This option is not recommended for extreme enduro at sea level because the increased compression can increase the tendency to overheat during very tight and technical riding.
TSP Billet Head Benefits

The TSP head is designed to work with the standard 0.50mm base gasket.
