TSP ECU Flash – TBI 125-300
Upgrade your compatible TBI 125-300 two-stroke motorcycle with custom TSP ECU software, developed and dyno tested by TSP for improved throttle response, fuelling and power delivery.
The TSP ECU flash makes a significant difference compared with the standard TBI ECU calibration, providing smoother and more responsive performance across the RPM range.

The TSP ECU tune is designed to improve the overall rideability of your TBI motorcycle while retaining the functionality of the original map switch.
How the TSP ECU Flash Works
Your stock ECU must be sent to us for the software upgrade.
Once the ECU reflash has been completed, you can arrange return courier delivery. We can also assist with courier arrangements if required.
Alternatively, you can bring your ECU to our workshop in Johannesburg or Pretoria and collect it once the upgrade has been completed.
Combine the ECU Flash with a TSP Head
Although the TSP TBI ECU flash can be performed on its own, combining the ECU upgrade with a compatible TSP Insert or Billet Head can provide significantly greater performance gains over the standard setup.
For the best results, we strongly recommend combining the TSP ECU reflash with a compatible TSP head or insert as part of a complete TBI performance upgrade.
The TSP head and ECU software work together to optimise combustion and power delivery, creating a more complete performance package.
TSP Dyno-Tested Performance
All TSP performance modifications are developed and dyno tested in-house by TSP.
This development process helps ensure consistent performance and reliable tuning for real-world riding conditions.
