TSP Head Insert – TPI 125-300
This listing is for a TSP Head Insert only for compatible TPI 125-300 two-stroke motorcycles.
The head cap/shell is NOT included.
Please carefully check your motorcycle and TSP head configuration before ordering, as fitment differs between the 125/150 and 250/300 TPI models.
250 & 300 TPI Compatibility
The TSP 250 and 300 TPI inserts are designed only for TSP second-generation two-piece billet cylinder heads.
The standard 250/300 TPI cylinder head is not a two-piece design from the factory, so these inserts will not fit the original stock 250/300 TPI head.
You must have the compatible TSP two-piece billet head to use the 250/300 TPI inserts.
125 & 150 TPI Compatibility
The 125 and 150 TPI inserts are compatible with the original stock two-piece head cap/shell.
The 125/150 TPI models use a two-piece cylinder head design as standard.
These inserts can be used with compatible carbureted and TPI 125/150 models.
Important Compatibility Information
- 125/150 TPI: Inserts fit the compatible stock two-piece head cap/shell.
- 250/300 TPI: Inserts require the compatible TSP second-generation two-piece billet head.
- TBI: Not compatible.
- Head cap/shell: Not included.
